【Bird Poses and Happy Voices: English Morning Exercise】

This morning, children joined the English morning exercise.

They tried the yoga “bird pose” and chirped “tweet, tweet” like little birds.

After that, they had fun playing in a circle, observing worms, and enjoying the English version of Hana-ichi-momme.

During lunch time, the upper grade members of the Sports Committee visited each classroom.

It seems they are planning some fun activities in the gym for next week’s three-day event.

【今日の給食「衣笠丼」】

・牛乳
・衣笠丼
・もやしの和え物

☆ 「衣笠丼」は、出汁で炊いた油揚げを卵でとじて作ります。油揚げに出汁がよくしみ込んで、食感はふんわり仕上がりました。

☆ 「もやしの和え物」は、大豆もやしやほうれん草、人参などいろどり豊かな和え物になりました。大豆もやしは豆がやわらかくなるように、５分以上は蒸して調理しています。
