【ドッジボール大会】

中学年のドッジボール大会が行われました。

中間休み・昼休みに行うにもかかわらず、子ども達は朝からやる気いっぱいでした。

大会は低学年と高学年の児童も応援に訪れ、応援の声が響く中での試合になりました。

強敵4年生を相手に一歩も引かず、果敢にボールを投げ、取り、全力で取り組みました。

【English】

Today we practiced our opening questions and then we discussed how to have a more back and forth conversation for first meetings. The center of focus was on the phrase “How about you?” This is to help the kids have more natural conversations when meeting people for the first time. After that we worked on some work book activities. In addition, we sang “It’s a small world.” Then, we read the picture book, “A Very Hungry Caterpillar.”
