快晴の朝です。

朝の課題が終わると、しっかり朝顔の水やりをしている様子がありました。

【朝根っこタイム】

音読の時間です。

「寿限無」をみんなで暗誦し、その後、みんなの前で一人音読にチャレンジ！

たくさんの人がチャレンジに手を挙げ、暗誦で発表しました。

【体育】

体育館で準備体操を始めました。

屈伸や伸脚、アキレス腱、跳躍の動きを今一度確認しました。

運動場に出て、徒競走です。赤・白に分かれて、自分のコースを走る練習です。

最後は、鉄棒のおさらいと、初めて上り棒にも挑戦しました。

【English】

We practiced Hello and introductions. “ My name is…” “ I am 6 years old.”
We read “Today is Monday” by Eric Carle. We practiced the food we liked from the story. “I like chicken”.

We had a 4 week review in a game of students verses teacher covering the lessons we had- days , months, weather, birthday, colors, numbers. The children were very happy to defeat me!

I finished with a fun story about animals and sounds called “Bark George”.
