10/17火【2つの視点から読み取ろう！】

【国語】

今日は、第4場面の内容をちいちゃんと読み手の2つの視点から読み取りました。

ちいちゃんが感じていることや見えることと、読み手が感じること・見えることをノートにまとめることで、感じ方のズレに気付きました。

このお話の切なさ・悲しさを、より強く感じる時間になりましたが、お話の主題に繋がる大事な学びでした。

「開いて広がる世界」の作品の仕上げです。

1枚目に開く窓、2枚目に窓の向こうに広がる不思議な世界を描きます。

子どもたちは、想像を膨らませながら楽しく活動してきました。

扉を開くと大きな桜の木が広がっています。

またまた、大きな船に

つりをしている様子など・・・

扉の奥には、みんなのイメージがいっぱい詰まっています。

Warm up: Students turned to their neighbor and asked “How are you?” until every student had answered. We chanted the months of the year and stopped with October. “October is Christmas” sent them into a frenzy of correction. Christmas is in December!! October is Halloween! What does it mean? We went through the Halloween card vocabulary. I stopped often to say it was too scary, But the children loudly contradicted that with “It’s not scary!!” We transferred to the target language “What can you do?” “I can run.” “I can study.”  We presented the story: What can you do? The children identified the animal and it’s capabilities. “I can catch salmon in the river.” We introduced Sports vocabulary to the kids and established “play” and “practice” and the children were happy to well us which they could play and practice well.
