【給食】

「郷土料理週間」の二日目の給食の様子です。

昨日は愛知県の味噌カツでしたが、今日は福岡県で、メニューは「ぎすけ煮」と「がめ煮」でした。

「ぎすけ煮」は、大豆と小魚とさつまいもが入っていて、甘い味付けで、小魚が入っているにもかかわらず、ぱくぱくと食べ進めていました。

明日の献立は「おでん」です。

【算数】

大きな数の計算の学習です。

ノートに式を丁寧にうつし、じっくり考えていました。

【昼根っこタイム】

家庭学習ノートの頑張りを共有する時間を持ちました。

それぞれの、頑張ったページを見合いっこしました。

友だちのノートの頑張りを感じ、工夫やいいところも発見していました。

【English "Pleased to meet you." 】

Today we practiced introducing ourselves politely, "Pleased to meet you." "Pleased to meet you, too." "My name is …"
We talked about countries and their flags, kings and queens, sports and our favorite foods and drinks. We also talked about what we are doing while using gestures e.g. eating, drinking.
Then, we asked our new teacher, Paul-sensei, lots of interesting questions such as "What’s your favorite food?" and "Do you like baseball?" 

Paul-sensei was happy to meet all the students and very impressed with their English ability.
