【A Surprise Visit from Two Swallows】

About a month ago, we had two unexpected visitors at school - two swallows thought to be a pair flew into the second floor of our building! They were probably looking for the perfect place to build a nest. 

For a while, they seemed confused and couldn't find their way back outside. Teachers gently helped guide them to the exit, and they safely flew away.

There are several swallow nests around our school, so perhaps one day they will decide to build a nest here, too. We look forward to welcoming them back!

「衣笠丼」は、油揚げを卵でとじた、どんぶりです。出汁をよくふくんだ油揚げは、ふわふわにやわらかくなって、おいしく仕上がりました。

「チンゲンサイの和え物」は、大根や人参と合わせて彩り豊かになりました。チンゲンサイは茎の隙間に土がたまりやすいため、調理員さんがていねいに洗ってくださっています。
