【朝根っこタイム「ボランティア活動ふり返り」】

朝根っこタイムに、日曜日に実施した月かげ祭のボランティア活動のふり返りを持ちました。

６年生は会場美化活動と文教まんじゅう・飲み物販売のボランティア活動に取り組みました。

６年生のボランティア活動の目標は「みんなの喜ぶ姿を見て、自分の喜びとする」です。

さて、当日は「利他の心」を持ち、ボランティア活動に励むことができたでしょうか？

今日実施したふり返りを見ていると、思っていた以上にボランティア活動を楽しむことができたようです。

たくさんの「ありがとう」という感謝の言葉を受けて「ボランティア活動の意義」を感じることができました。

【English "Happy Halloween"】

Warm up was fun memories as we talked about Sunday’s school festival.

What did you do?

I volunteered and cleaned up.

I sold Bunkyo-Manju, steamed buns and drinks.

What did you eat? I ate a hot dog! The children truly seemed to love their school event.

English- Halloween cards. What does it mean? Halloween means costumes, trick or treaters and candy! A Halloween story was told as the children listened on the edges of their seats.

The monster had everyone laughing. Finally, a Halloween print with the characters. I asked the children to find the character based on the sound it made.

It was surprisingly easy for them and I was happy to see how much they enjoyed using their colored pencils and pens.
