【体育「運動会に向けて！」】

水泳学習が終わり、今週から１０月に実施される運動会に向けて、「集団行動」の練習です。

今年の「集団行動」は２部構成で、「旗」と「集団」の動きです。６年生は「集団」の動きの練習を先に集中して行い、５年生にその動きをレクチャーすることを考えています。

今日の練習は、行進しながら列の隊形を変化させていく動きでした。動きの説明をしっかりと聞いて、動きを覚えようとする６年生の様子が見られました。

この様子なら、「集団」の動きをすぐにマスターできそうです。

【English】

Today we started by practicing the dance that the kids will do at the sports festival. We learned how to say some part of the dance in English. We followed the activity with practicing using the words who, what, and where with the phrase, “is your favorite (…).” In combination with the conjunction “Because.” After that, we played English Shiritori which everyone really had a lot of fun with. The student have a small homework assignment to tell me where their favorite place in Kyoto is and why?
