今日(5/16土)は「授業見学会・学校説明会」がありました。
子どもたちは、週末の授業実施でしたが、いつものように頑張っていました！

【 英語イマージョン[総合学習SDGs] 】

ところで、先月末にモロッコ出身のフーダ先生が来られ、3年生から6年生まですべて英語で「総合学習SDGs」を進めました。モロッコはヨーロッパに近いアフリカ大陸にあり、イスラム教の国です。
今回は、母国について多くのことを教えて頂き、子どもたちは異なる文化や風土、宗教、文字に関心を寄せていました。

先生からメッセージを頂きました。

I had the pleasure of meeting students today. I did a presentation about Morocco to familiarize them with the country and its culture. And I was surprised by how enthusiastic they are and how much knowledge they have. They were also very attentive and eager to learn. Most students were very excited to interact with a foreigner and did not hesitate to ask questions, even in English. They showed respect and a strong willingness to learn. I was glad to meet every single one of them. And I will cherish this memory for the rest of my life.

子どもたちの積極的な学びの姿勢に、お褒めを頂きました。

今後は、グローバルな視点でフーダ先生よりSDGsを学びます。
