Today, our 1st and 2nd graders enjoyed English immersion lessons in Math and Living Environmental Studies (L.E.S.).

During L.E.S,  they explored nature through picture books and videos, learning about clouds, bees, sunflowers, and more.

The students were curious, engaged, and eager to share their ideas in English.

・白菜の信田和え
・すまし汁

「とりつくね」は、れんこんと玉ねぎを合わせました。焼き上がりにとろみをつけたたれをからめて完成です。

「白菜の信田和え」は白菜と小松菜を合わせました。白菜は繊維を断って細めに短冊切りしてあります。

「すまし汁」は、出汁をたっぷりとふくんだおつゆ麩が、ふんわりとした食感になっておいしいです。

明日の給食は「豚肉のかりんあげ」です。お楽しみに！
