Today, 3rd grade students visited Kyoto Tower.

In social studies, they have been learning about the geography of Kyoto City, including its natural features, famous temples and shrines, parks, and the grid-like street layout. 

Although it was raining today, the view from the tower allowed the students to clearly see many of these features.

They also learned about Kyoto Station, the undergroud shopping area, and public transportation systems such as the subway and JR trains while listening to our explanations.

At Kyoto Station, the students even had the opportunity to talk with visitors from Switzerland and Germany, making the day an enjoyable and meaningful learning experience.

「プレーンオムレツ」は、マカロニの入った「ミートソース」と合わせていただきました。オムレツは蒸してふんわりしています。ミートソースは、細かく刻んだ人参と玉ねぎがたっぷり入っています。

「コールスローサラダ」は、お酢とマヨネーズを合わせたドレッシングで野菜を和えました。酸味がさわやかなサラダに仕上がりました。

明日の給食は「チキンカレー」です。お楽しみに！
