【Tea ceremony with the sixth grade students】 

Last Friday the first grade students performed a tea ceremony with the sixth grade students.

It was a great experience for the students and it gave the first grade class to express their gratitude to the graduation class.

Everyone had a lot of fun and enjoyed delicious tea and snacks!

【今日の給食「とりの香味揚げ」】3/6】

・牛乳

・とりの香味揚げ

・じゃがいものサラダ

・ほうれん草の味噌汁

☆ 下味をつけた鶏肉に小麦粉や卵を混ぜて揚げます。下味をつけるときは、おろした生姜を加えました。カリッとふんわりした食感に仕上がりました。

☆ 小さめに切ったじゃがいもを蒸して、サラダを作りました。混ぜたとき、形が崩れず、じゃがいもの角が取れるくらいのやわらかさに蒸すのがポイントです。

☆ 味噌汁のほうれん草は、炊きすぎないように注意します。カロテンの豊富なほうれん草は鮮やかな緑色が特徴的で、健康な肌や髪の毛を保つために働いてくれます。

明日の給食は「さわらのパン粉焼き」です。お楽しみに！
