【朝根っこマラソン】

火曜日の朝は、朝根っこマラソンからスタートです。

まだまだ気温が高く、蒸し暑い朝でしたが、短い時間で走りきりました。

３連休明けでしたが、1週間を爽やかにスタートします。

【社会】

先週から、社会科では「水産業のさかんな地域」について学習を進めています。

今日は、魚をとるためにどんな方法があるのかを調べました。

５年生は、網を使って行う漁が多いのではないかという予想でしたが、調べてみると「なわ」や「一本釣り」など、網以外にも色々な道具を使って漁を行っていることが分かりました。

資料集や、タブレットを参考にしながら、興味を持った漁法をノートに調べ、まとめました。

【English】

Today we started by practicing the dance that the kids will do at the sports festival. We learned how to say some part of the dance in English. We followed the activity with practicing using the words who, what, and where with the phrase, “is your favorite (…).” In combination with the conjunction “Because.” After that, we played English Shiritori which everyone really had a lot of fun with. The student have a small homework assignment to tell me where their favorite place in Kyoto is and why?
