【Early blooming cherry trees】

In the school yard, there are early blooming cherry trees.

It marks the beginning of the cherry blossom season in Kyoto.

Soon there will be thousands of blossoming cherry trees all around the city.

It’s a wonderful time of the year.

【A chance to run!】

The Olympic torch is on display outside of the school this week.

It was the torch used in the relay for the Tokyo Olympics opening ceremony.

A lot of students got a chance today to run a relay using the torch which was a great opportunity to participate in the Olympic spirit.

・牛乳
・プレーンオムレツ
・ミートソース
・大根のレモンサラダ

☆ プレーンオムレツは、中がとろっとなるように調理されています。

ミートソースと合わせて食べられるよう皿に盛りつけて、いただきます。

卵とトマトソースがよく合いました。

☆ ミートソースは人参、玉ねぎ、大豆をミキサーにかけ、豚のひき肉と一緒に煮込んでいます。

ゆでたマカロニも加え、ミートソースだけでもおいしく食べられました。

☆ 大根、人参、壬生菜、キャベツのサラダです。

壬生菜は茹でてから混ぜていますが、シャキシャキとした食感がしっかり残っていました。

人参のオレンジが、きれいなサラダになりました。

明日の献立は「さごしの磯部揚げ」です。お楽しみに！
