【2年　ボール投げ・サツマイモの苗観察】

5月前半の体育は、ボール投げの練習として「的当て」を行っています。

狙った段ボール箱にしっかり当てられることを目標として、毎授業10分ほど時間をとっていますが、毎回楽しそうに活動しています。

みんな、自分の体重を乗せて、全力で投げられていますね。

生活の時間は、サツマイモの苗の観察を、一人一株苗を渡して行いました。

葉っぱの形や、柔らかくてよくしなる茎など、ほかの植物とは異なるサツマイモの特徴をよく観察して、文字と絵で表現できました。

うまく育てば、みんなでおいしく食べられるはずなのですが・・・

今後もクラスで見守っていきます。

【English】

We began with “What did you do in Golden Week?”
”I went to the Aquarium.”
Next was a review of English we have learned and students raised their hands to answer.

WE talked about Mother’s Day on Sunday and students drew their Mother and wrote in English “I love Mom” to make a Mother’s Day card.

We practiced role playing as the students said “Happy Mother’s Day and I love you”. We ended with an English reading of The Giant Turnip. Goodbyes and Farewells.
