【A cold winter day】

Today was our first cold winter day here at Bunkyo Elementary School.

The heaters were on and many of the students were wearing gloves, hats, warm jackets, and scarves.

Don’t forget to bundle up to stay warm in this cold season!

【お楽しみ会（1年生）】

学期末といえば、楽しみ会を企画する学年が見られます。

「自主・自律・自治」をモットーに学級会を運営し、その中で自分達で何をするか決めて、実施に向けて準備を進めます。

今日は1年生で、お楽しみ会がありました。

すると、英語の授業でしたことのある「はないちもんめ」が校内に響いているではありませんか？

その時の思い出があって「お楽しみ会」でもう一度やってみたいということになったそうです。

英語でも「はないちもんめ」を楽しみました。

子どもたちの元気あふれる笑顔が見られて幸せでした！

【授業の様子（5年生英語）Reading a story】

Today in English class, we read a story called “Here comes Santa” and "Is that you, Santa?".

The students had a chance to listen to the stories, and then read it aloud.

Everyone did a great job reading!
