【Global month study~ U.K. & Germany】

Today for global month, 4th and 5th graders learnt about the United Kingdom and Germany.

About U.K, we talked about Scotland, Wales, England and North Ireland. We learned about many things including Greenwich Mean Time, popular foods, music, and sports that originate from the UK.

We also talked about Germany for our global month activity. We learnt about German geography, history, and foods.

We also had a chance to learn about traditional manners and culture.

【給食「ちくわの二色揚げ 他」】

◆今日の献立
・牛乳
・ちくわの二色揚げ
・白菜の洋風煮
・小松菜の味噌汁

☆ 竹輪の二色揚げは「カレー粉」「青のり」を使っています。

竹輪は手軽に魚の栄養をとることが出来、ふだんの食事にもおすすめです。

塩分の含有量が多いため、和え物に入れれば全体の味付けを薄くしても、おいしいくいただけます。

☆ 白菜、水菜、ベーコンを合わせた洋風煮です。

白菜がしんなりしすぎないように、調理したことがポイントです。

ベーコンからもうま味が出ていました。

☆ 小松菜、玉ねぎ、人参の味噌汁です。

野菜だけの味噌汁ですが、出汁をとって調理しているため、香り豊かなおいしい味噌汁に仕上がりました。緑黄色野菜の小松菜、人参をたくさん使って作りました。

明後日の献立は「千種焼」です。お楽しみに！
