【Decorated bamboos! (Tanabata)】

In 2 days, it will be Tanabata. Now we can see decorated bamboo branches in the school that looks sort of like Christmas trees with many decorations.

The children explained to us that the bamboos are decorated with wishes and luck pieces of paper. 

Then they asked us what we wished for this year on Tanabata!

【給食「厚揚げの味噌炒め」他】

・厚揚げの味噌炒め
・ひじきのサラダ

こちらは、「厚揚げの味噌炒め」です。厚揚げ、椎茸、きくらげ等、具材がたくさん入っています。

玉葱も人参も、よく煮込みました。厚揚げは豆腐の食感を残すため、表面だけを揚げて作られます。そのため「生揚げ」という名前もあります。

こちらは「ひじきのサラダ」です。

炊いたひじきと野菜をあわせたサラダです。大根や人参、キャベツと、色合いの美しいサラダになりました。味付けもさっぱりと仕上がりました。

明日の給食は、「さけのムニエル・ピーマンの炒め物・すまし汁」です。楽しみですね。
