【体育『リレー』】

去年はリレーのテクニックについてあまり扱ってきませんでしたが、今年からは少しずつ練習を始めて行きます。

今回の体育はリードを取ってスタートする練習を行いました。

ポイントは２つ、バトンを受け取る少し前に走り出すこと、できるだけ前を向いてバトンを受け取ることを意識しました。

後ろを向かずにバトンを受け取るのは慣れないようで、ついつい後ろを向いてしまいます。

バトンを渡してくれる人への信頼と、練習がまだまだ必要です。

児童が体を動かす事を楽しみつつも、勝つために真剣に取り組む姿勢を持てるように今後も指導を続けます。

Today we practiced the difference between the future tense questions of "What are you going to do?" and "Where are you going to go?" in reference to golden week. Both levels did a great job with this.

The 3rd graders were introduced to the phonics phenomenon known as the Magic E and we examined the _ I _E and _ A _ E patterns in how they relate to the phonics change of the vowel.
